Jared Joseph Salazar is wanted in connection with the death of his son J.J. on Oct. 8, 2006, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Detective Michael Rodriguez. Coroner’s investigators ruled the death a homicide, he said. “I think that J.J. suffered a lot in his little five months, and I think God took him home because he couldn’t take anymore,” the boy’s godmother, Michelle Baxter, told Channel 9. “We need to know his side, so we can get past it.”
