Thomas Lee “Tommy” Tice, 66, of Versailles, IN, formerly of Aurora, IN, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 in Louisville, KY.He was born Saturday, October 1, 1949 in Freemont, MI, Son of the late Perry Tice and the late Ella Brown Tice.Tommy was a self employed logger.He attended the Shelby Church Of Christ in Versailles, IN. Tommy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and making crafts. He also played Santa Claus at the Silver Memories Nursing Home for several years. He loved to spend time with family.Surviving are his son, Thomas “TJ” Tice of Whitehall, MI; daughter, Wendy Tice of Twin Lakes, MI; siblings, Ted (Donna) Tice of Versailles, IN., Paul (Barb) Tice of Elizabethtown, OH., Winfred (Becky) Tice of Milford, OH., Stevie Tice of Fremont, MI., Kenny (Donna) Tice of Muskegon, MI., Barb Tice of Holton, MI., and Frances Eyestone of Muskegon, MI.; 2 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Tice and daughter, Lucille Tice.Services will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the New Life Baptist Church at 1:00 pm with Brother Dwayne Barrows officiating.Contributions may be made to the Charity of Donor’s Choice. ‘Banja Luka Rafting’ is being traditionally held today, in organisation Rafting club ‘Extreme’ Banja Luka.President of the Club Milan Partalo said that this year’s rafting is a gift to the city on the occasion of 22 April, the Day of the City, when in 1945 Banja Luka was liberated from fascist dictators.According to him, participation in rafting, will be free, and around 200 participants will participate.Partalo noted that rafting offer numerous activities, such as enjoying the nature, adrenalin rafting, enjoying banks of Vrbas, parties and many other different activities.The length of the rafting route is 21 kilometre, and the start is in Rakovice place, break in Desna Novoselija.
